You know, I actually read in a really accurate book (The Book of General Ignorance) that MORE sleep causes faster death. This doctor, who did a six year research on 1.1 million people who slept more than 8 hours a day; Majority of them died within the six years. It was kind of fascinating.
And the long-lived elephant only sleeps 2 hours a day, according to the book.
But anyway..I'll sleep more. xD
