Hello there, can you put credits in your first post? Credits are important. Haha.
It's not noobish at all, well, it's good actually. But next time, put your copyright in your works. Put it somewhere that people won't see in one look — or if you don't, people may claim your work. I love how you cropped your photos, the scanlines were perfectly fitted for the picture, and it's simple yet appealing. It's neat too.
Maybe experiment with brushes too or blending colors, it helps a lot.
Wee, I can't see your photographies since my PC's connection is so slow XD
