Reckless tantrums? Put the kid in a white room (like for those insane people) for 3 days with proper food and water distribution or syringe the kid with muscle relaxant with doctors provision. That would stop his smoking. We tried the syringe method on a friend before. He's 28 years old and can take 5 packs a day. Eventually he doesn't smoke anymore cause he's relaxed and doesn't stress that much... psychologically speaking.
