Much like in contests wherein some entries weren't allowed to join because they do not meet the rules/requirements. xD I mean, I would totally understand if people wouldn't vote for me because "it doesn't 'shout potrait' to them" or my photograph's far off from the theme. Meh, at least that's how I understood it. But yeah, whatever. XD Didn't know it would affect the voting at all. LMFAO.
