My friend had a similar problem. We just suspected that the person was a girl (pretending to be a guy ... a good looking guy) i think she got busted but i dunno if it they're still together or not. =_

Ehhh, I dunno, to be honest. I'd probably freak out. 
Haha. Probably work something out with her. But I can never get into a relationship when he/she has been dishonest to me, most especially about her gender.
