I found out the whole story of Season 2..it's the dissapearance of haruhi suzumiya.. were yuki nagato changes the events of the world 3 years before haruhi transfered to kyon's school..(due to some past event why haruhi came in the first place in season 1) in other words..Haruhi is powerless..and they don't know each other!
