Windows copy not genuine?
3 reasons...
Copy of Windows is fake as in illegally copied without validation
Your Windows is a Service Pack Edition
The copy is original but has been exported illegally making the copy not compatible.
Solution:
Conserve money till you can buy a new OS, report the illegal OS provider. 
(make sure the reasons are 1 or 3, due to service pack is still legal.
