what i mean is the mcsft didnt release any bootable winxp slipstreamed with SP3. they release the SP3 as patch and mcsft is not releasing OS installer with microsoft office slipstream on it. FYI the SP3 is released as stand alone patch not along with OS installer itself. Slipstreaming SP3 on the XP installer is violating the copyright infringement of mcsft and its called PIRACY! I don't need to test that for i know how to slipstream stuff on windows installer and i do test them on my vmware...
you wan't a proof that its a leaked beta SP3 RC1 that is slipstreamed on the installer? read here in the official road map of microsft itself. I think its you who need to research first before you post so that you can well defend your posts.

and to the download link you give from microsoft itself (read on overview) says:
