You don't need to download another Adobe Flash Player 
The NoScript Addon automatically bloacks all Javascript from all sites..
Do it this way, when you visit the said site... You'll see a mini pop-up panel at the bottom of your page then click options and click "Allow jigokutsushin.co.nr"
