Actually you donot need to include the paragraph tag [b]<p></p> [/b] on images. actually you can apply many tags like <tr></tr> [b]Table and Row[/b] [b]<b></b>[/b] Bold tags and other HTML tags for text styles.
You can also add z-index and absolute positioning in image tags by adding style 
Try this as example apply in reviews

You can also proper alignment like adding div properties <div style=?> or <div align=?> </div>
If you want you can apply css on div style if your planning to make an extra box
