At first when we register as new member in Ftalk.
There are some rules appear rite?
Then If u wanna join Ftalk.
U have to mark the box [b]"I accept and agree all the rules blabla"[/b] --no exceptions.
So that means, since u've become the member of Ftalk.
U must follow all rules.
If u dont want to follow the rules,
the Admin and Mods will warn u or even remove ur siggy if it violates the rules. 
btw. [b]If we wanna move forward, we have to be strict.[/b]
To anyone with no exceptions --friends nor enemy.
