I dunno if someone has done or post this yet but i want to share it 
I get this some of this code from Ms. Tazmaine and i change some of her codes...
before making it first u must made your swf banner and flash button..
u can make flash button here:

first u need to make a button name...make what ever u want to name the buttons i choose proceed and back home
