actually, the DEPED is doing something about it.
they are conducting a national YES CAMP for
youth to be more aware regarding this problem
just this week, april 28-may2 `08 at Dumaguete City
and that's what I'm into right now.
The first thing we had to do in order for
this problem to be resolved should start within
ourselves. [b[u]]Discipline[/u][/b]- this is just
a short word yet needs a lot of patience
and sincerity for this to work. Help yourself
for you to help others and indeed the
whole community as well..
