Before members can host a contest, they need to inform the Mods and come up with a detailed set of mechanics for the contest (like Prize, Judges, Rules, Contest Period, etc). Since karuro never did those, his thread is not for the Contest and Events Section. But if many members will support his contest and meet the Rule's Requirements, then it could become an official contest.
