Even if he'd change all the designs and make the layout look better than it was before, he won't deserve to be called a CSS Layout designer at all. And I wonder why he doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes even after being hailed as a ripper and listed in the Rippers Hall of Shame. Tsk.
