I use ice. Every morning i rub two ice cubes on my face.
I wash my face three times.
Before i go to bed, i put lots of powder on my face.

i do get pimples when i have periods. but it disappears when the period is finish.... i don't really put any beauty products on my face except for a soap... .gif)
really, my face got smoother ever since i became active in veggies... less processed foods, the smoother the skin... 
that's my conclusion..

but PROACTIVE did not work for me argh!!
Pond's cold cream cleanser workd the best of all i tried....
