The USA (and Russia, if ever) is the [i]only[/i] developed country left that didn't ratify the Kyoto Protocol. Only a change in leadership in the upcoming elections there will ratify the law. The only thing the world would worry right now is the rise of China and India, who are also consuming greenhouse gases, even if they are both [b]developing countries[/b].
