I'll share to you how to rename your Recycle Bin... just for the sake of renaming it! Just for fun! (I personally find this useless
)
NO DOWNLOADS NEEDED
As a rule on Windows XP, you can't rename your Recycle Bin... unless you have tweaked your Registry to do so.
So here are the steps:
1. Open your Registry Editor ( Click on Start - Run, type regedit )
2. On the left pane, open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT folder, then open CLSID, then go to {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} folder, and finally open ShellFolder folder.
3. On the right pane, click Attributes: and change the data value from "40 01 00 20" to "50 01 00 20" then click OK.
4. Then, double-click on the CallForAttributes and edit the dword value by placing "0" on the value data, then click OK.
That's it!
