you have to give what specific software to use 'coz every graphicoholic here use different kind of graphic editing tools. beside using image editing tools, there's a lot of software that can be use to merge animated gif easily which simply means, there's no such Accurate Way in manipulating image.
anyway here's what i just finish.

if you notice that the quality i reduced, well because my avatar have 25 frames which i repeatedly paste all the frames of the images you provided to fill up all that 25 frames to get the looping properly. with ta lot of frames filesize grows also so to reduce file size i lower the quality of each clip. if you also noticed there are times the 3 other images steps down, since i'm in a hurry i'd been to lazy to highlight other frameset 
..
