^ lol there are too many irrelevant character in the world of anime so i guess ill give one i think for me its hideyoshi from the law of ueki even he plays a big role in the last ep of the law of ueki lol he is totally useless hahaha

misa?but she actually played a big part in light's schemes. She even traded half of her life in exchange for shinigami's eyes. so i think she's not useless..
for me, i think the most useless..hmm...miaka of fushigi yuugi.,she's always in danger and in need to be saved. I therefore conclude that she's useless.
