Wondering why some models looks so much perfect on their shots?
I will share my own way of retouching image by blurring
Adobe Photoshop (Any Version)
Just Follow my Steps One by One

Open Image:

Duplicate the image by simply pressing [b]CTRL-J[/b]

[b]Filter>Noise>Dust & Scratches[/b]

Step Six[/b]
Add Mask to your image

By Clicking the add mask option [b]BELOW[/b]

Invert your image by pressing [b]CTRL I[/b]
