A Great Way to Speed up Your Applications Without Using Any Software!!!
Here is what you gonna do:
CLick on: Start Menu
Go To: Run
Type: Regedit
Look For the Keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentConrolSet\Control \Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters
Now Look For The DWORD KEY : ENABLEPREFETCHERA
Its Default Value Is: 3
Change The Value To: 6
Now Close The Registery Editor And Restart Your Computer
Note: If u Change its Value to 1 It'll b verry Slow

An explanation (a snippet from the Microsoft website):

And Ive read quite a lot of internet articles that says Prefetching should be enabled for our PC's to perform better, so..

yah!!ForSaken ur right even my teacher told me that..
but lots of people already using this method to speedup ther application...
they think twice b4 using it...coz they know what the konxequenses. but so far they didnt give comment...
its 100% working and use it on own risk.
