once you downloaded the 7-zip application, create a folder inside your [color=blue]Local Disk (C: )[/color] , create a new folder there name it [color=red]x[/color]
open the x folder, and inside.. it must have one image file, gif, jpg, bmp etc.. and the file you want to be hidden, just remember what type of image is so we can avoid lost of files.
after that right click the file you want to hide select 7-zip then select Add to archive, and a dialog box will appear....

i rename it with my name so the whole name of the file will be [color=blue]cip.7z[/color] just remember the name of the file and simply click ok button, then after that you will have a new file inside the folder x named cip.
okey we not done yet... at the start menu select [b]Run[/b] and type [b]cmd[/b] as the shortcut directory of the command prompt.

at this line [b]COPY /B[/b] press space type the image file that you prepared and the type of the image too, example [b]agent.jpg[/b] and then space then plus sign [b]+[/b] space the file that we archive [color=blue]cip.7z[/color] space and then create and image file name, let say [b]secretagent.jpg[/b] then press enter.

and then you will going to receive a confirmation that a one file has been copied in the folder x, inside the folder x it must have an image file named [b]secretagent[/b] in a type of jpg image file.
thats it! all you need to do is to extract the [b]secretagent[/b] image using the 7-zip application.
