the word on the left (Home, Log Out, Pepsi) is the word to be replaced
the word on the right (Bahay, Uwi, Coke) is the replacement word.
NOTE: Do not use meta characters (Ex.^ $ \ / ( ) | ? + * [ ] { } , .) might not work accordingly.
NOTE: Do not put comma "," after your very last replacement word.
