u can make ur title bar effect [url=http://www.bosiljak.hr/titlemaker]here[/url]
then paste the generated code in ur ext js.
don't forget to remove the [color=red]<script>[/color] at the top of the code and the [color=red]</script>[/color] at the bottom of the code to make it works.
