The time of visit should show ur local time that the viewer visited ur profile, mine does but only on the first page after that it is all screwed up 
The timestamp is part of the tracker.php codes but I am not sure what can be changed.

mine is unusual too. after the tenth visitor the counter stays on 10 and some of the old visitors are gone
