<">I recommend everybody to use an image which is a GIF file and has transparency for good effects.... Again don't forget to replace the [b]YOUR IMAGE URL HERE[/b] by the chosen image URL... Two things is considered here, the first URL is for hyperlinks and the other one is for images or photos in your profile....

I have additional info on using this code, I think you must first use an image effect for the hover of the image so that you'll see the effect when you hovered to it...
