[b]here's how:
[/b][b]1st Step: [/b]Creat Two empty Layers on ur Layer Box

[b]2nd Step:[/b] Fill the 1st empty layer into Dark Blue or #0c0751,
then lighten it into 100%
[b]3rd Step: [/b]Fill the 2nd empty layer into yellow or #f6f695,
Then do Multiply 50%
[b]4th Step:[/b] You Finished Your Retro Style Photo! Congratulations

umm..please post the image you've used(the one you used in the tut that hasn't been edited yet)so we can see the difference..
