Not necessarily a fact... There are precautions, correct posture and attitude with this regard especially if your job (14 hours a day) was spent in front of a computer...

yes, it is stressful .. my classmate became epileptic because of computer.. still i can't live without it!

though my eyes is really affected by it.

but i still love my computer ! haha .

for me it's YES, spending too much time in front of your Desktop or laptop is stressful, try spending some time in your CellPhone

or else VCO will flow all over your face. just kidding!

its a stress to the eyes but its fun to get online and stare at the computer for hours..
