Did you try pasting it at the bottom of ur js files?
Or if you already have an onload handler try pasting only this code below it.

I'm not sis..but what do you want to change in ur control panel there are 100's of different codes from css to js.

im sorry i copied the wrong code, i forgot to put the OnLoad func above the var code..but still it doesnt work..
i use this method of compiling my js:
