Judging from their posts, their hidden agenda is to advertise these two sites:

Should we allow these bots here in FTalk? What do you guys think?

I traced some of them the post i and concluded...
Some of them are not bots but they advertise their newly made Anime Resource Site.

I can't be sure whether they're really bots or not. Their posts are quite informative but I hate the fact that most of the links/sites they provided require us to download and install some program/software (which probably contains spyware) to read the ebook/manga.

It seems that they were not reading the rules before posting or promoting those sites. Even they don't look like advertisements, just to be sure, they have consult us moderators if those sites are allowed to be post in this forum.
I wouldn't even go to those sites. I might receive virus, worms, etc. LOL

Most of those users only register to make several posts. How about disabling new registered members from posting direct links? (the links they posted won't be displayed, until they exceed certain criteria like number of post and days of registration)
Do you think its a good idea?

Just for clarification, will this also disable the hot linking of email?
Example like in add up topic on Show-Off

^ emails won't be affected i think, only for URLs
By the way are those (or any other) bots are still around right now?
I'm still thinkin whether we should implementing this or not, because I know it would be annoying for new members who really wanna post useful links.
