i'm using another computer. My computer has an error. It got stuck. Then I restarted it. When I restarted it, i pressed the restart button in CPU. After restarting it, these words, (like Start Windows normally). I chose "Start Windows normally" but my computer starts all over again. Keeps on repeating the "Start Windows Normally". What should I do? I cant use my pc.

try to choose start in safe mode. if you can login to safemode use system restore to restore to last save point that it work ok.

when I press enter this will appear.

did you follow what kamandag said about safe mode?
press F8 then choose last known good configuration...
