heres the step:
1. click start and open the Control Panel
2. open Regional and Language Options
3. click Customize button
4. click on the Time Tab. then type your name [i](or any text you want to displayed)[/i] at AM & PM symbol.
5. then click OK when you're done.

it has been tested & working on XP to vista not sure about the others
