I've had my head shaved for about 14 years....and yeah, it does depend on the person....some people's heads are not shaped right and look kinda funny....i've got a good shape, so most people say it looks good on me
It really just depends

i had these bad experinces with balds..,
i met 3 different balds who happened to be maniac,..,. 
so i think i have a baldophobia..,

am not bald...
they say its neat and stuff.. but it still has to be with the person.. (sense??)
but i like close cut.. is that what they call it.. the not so bald kinda cut..
