this add-on only works in Overlays! not on css layouts, or crossovers.
if you created a layout using an image ready, probably you made some sliced background images and/or image maps.
if you have some knowledge about html, you can edit your layout using a notepad only but if u cant, just use any html editors.
or try to show me that layout and i'll try to encode it.
