The first televsion series is based on a visual novel franchise from the software developer Key (Air, Kanon). Key is heavily promoting Clannad by collaborating with Gamania Entertainment on that company's Hiten Online and Holy Beast massively multiplayer online role-playng games (MMORPGs), and Yukiko Sumiyoshi launched a new Clannad ~tomoyo dearest~ manga based on the Tomoyo character last month.[/quote]

^ Clannad is a big hit and more enjoyable and have a descent plot while SHnY is just a random with moeblobs.
I'm thinking that DoHS will be preempted again this time.

well i like Clannad more than HSnY,the only reason why i watched it was because of mikuru~chan,wanna know why?its classified information!

After Story is a continuation of Nagisa's story, where Tomoya works as an electrician, and Nagisa starts living together with Tomoya. In this story, Nagisa faces a tragedy and continues to battle with her sickness. She also successfully gives birth to Ushio, the daughter of her and Tomoya, however Nagisa dies shortly afterwards.

lol! this story made me cry!!! lol! hahah esp the ending.. 
its a nice ending though nagisa died too bad... she's so postive and always cheerful.. and nagisa's daughter is really like her i mean.. look at there faces..it seems that nagisa was reborn on her child hehe lol. and tomoya s cute too haha.. poor him on the lasts eps.. looks so wasted and sad but in the end.. he became happy with his daugther. 
tomoya's dad is touching.. though tomoya has hard feelings with him and hates him .. his da set him up on the end.. well done.. lol
i spoke to much.. it was just a great anime lol haha

well as ive read,if youll complete all the tasks in the game,youll see the "REAL ENDING" wherin Nagisa survives,so if KYOANI would follow that then everyone will live happily ever after,the only problem is it wont have that much impact on viewers that already seen that "REAL ENDING"
