Yea,FF have themes.You can apply them by going to [i][b]Tools[/b][/i] - [i][b]Add-Ons[/b][/i] - [i][b]Themes[/b][/i]. The themes you downloaded will be there.

[b]Awww... I'm using Firefox 3 beta. Therefore I cannot use themes because beta is just for testing purposes when the actual Firefox 3 comes is the only time I get to use themes.

I use Safari. The fastest Web Browser in the world on any OS.

IE8 is the fastest. Safari is behind IE and FF, but FF is the best.
