i would say it`s the problem of her mother. if what did she did like she was drunk while she was pregnant.

i agree to emokidd's post. the baby could have been a twins. but maybe in the pregnancy period, the mother drank medicine to cause the baby some abnormalities. its hard for the part of the baby.

Wow, I had not seen or heard about this before.
It's good to hear she's doing well. She can drink out of both mouths just fine, and all 4 eyes blink at the same time. That's crazy.
