you can't make an overlay @ photobucket..
photobucket is used to upload your images needed for your overlays..
try to study html codes first.. then start using adobe photoshop..

you can also try to
make an overlay through
the tuts of ms switpotato..
and FYI..you can't make
any overlay through
photobucket..
as what flint_hydz said..
you can use photobucket for

I think it is impossible to make an Overlay in Photobucket. As they say, use Adobe Photoshop when making Overlays.
