[b]1. Open an image. (I suggest not to use black/dark brown eyes) or just copy the image below.[/b]

[b]2. Enter Quick Mask[/b]

[b]3. Now, cover the eye using a small brush.[/b]

[b]be sure not to cover the white part.[/b]
[b]4. After that, click Exit Quick Mask[/b]

[b]5. Now, go to Select > Inverse or Shift+Ctrl+I

[b]6. After that, go to Image > Adjusments > Hue/Saturation or Ctrl+U.
A box will appear and all you have to do is adjust the hue until you get the desired color.[/b]

[b]7. Deselect or Ctrl+D.
