So let us just use this to thread to keep in touch, to share something with our fellow Class-S, to post meme pics (i lol'd) and etc. Table of [b]needed[/b] officers [b]Founder: Ephemeral[/b] - [i]permanent[/i] [align=center][b]Leader:[/b] [/align] In charge of new recruits in Class-S. He cannot approve a member without the consent of at least 5 members in the ym conference. A leader has special privileges. (read post 1) [b][align=center]President of the Class-S:[/b][/align] Has the final decision in every movement after listening to opinions of at least five members of the class. In charge of assigning and distributing jobs for each member. (example: secretary informs the President that it is [Name here]'s bday. He/She will then assign members in Class-S to do a particular task such as gfx(or any) gift, music (in ym conference) and etc. [align=center][b]Vice-President:[/b] [/align] Assists the president. Has the final decision too if teh President is absent. [align=center] [b]Secretary:[/b] [/align] Keeps track (and jot down) all the events/games/eyeballs preceeded by the President and is charge of information gathering and information dessimination. [b]Note: [/b] There should be two secretaries. and they should help each other . Secretaries are crucial as they are teh ones who will gather teh profile of members for our website. [align=center] [b]YM Sentinel[/b] [/align] (Should be two members): Creates a ym conference if the YM Master is absent. [align=center][b]Webmaster:[/b][/align] The one in-charge of our website. Web content should be base on the decision of the majority of the group. [align=center][b]Mr. and Ms. Class-S[/b]:[/align] Changes every month. Has special privileges in Class-S. This is preceeded by the President and Leader, they are in charge of this social event. Even if we have officers, we should still help each other and we shouldn't always rely on them. Remember, they're just the initial people who would do the job. In teh end, we help each other. If they're absent, we should learn to be resourceful and of course do the job for them if needed. Everyone in Class-S plays an important role so don't get discouraged if you're not elected as an officer.
