use a rounded rectangle shape.. just make a shape and do the design inside the box so u cud have a rounded corner image
if ur gona get an image and u want it to be rounded cornered, u get the shape tool, select the rounded next to the rectangle..set it to no fill and select/drag it depends on the image..right click and make selection..copy>paste it to a new docu..(grrrrr i sound confusing )
