That's fairly okay. But he should've just PMed admin about that. 
I mean, are we obliged to respond to that (which I think is not)? Since it will affect us in any way, the decisions of members and maybe admin, too, if ever.
And I think it's not very nice to discuss such matter out in the public. It will prolly cause a commotion. Specially on our part. They would expect for our reactions.

Each group will support their members. E.g Rockstar. If one of their members are on the list, then they will call all members to support that 'promoted' members.
