This tutorial can achieve images like these:

[b]1.[/b] Open an image. [b]File[/b]> [b]Open[/b]

[b]3.[/b] Change the [b]Channel to Blue[/b]. Move the [i]upper part, lower[/i] and [u]the lower part, upper[/u]. [b]Click OK[/b]. The more you experiment, the better it will look.

4. Save.[[b]Shift[/b]+[b]Ctrl[/b]+[b]S[/b]]
