( I provided visual aides ) I used Adobe Photoshop CS2 . Okay ! Let's get started , First , make a new 200 x 300* file . Papers are usually rectangle . Go to the Tools palette and select the ROUNDED RECTANGLE TOOL . You can choose any color you want , it doesn't matter because it'll be covered by a Pattern Overlay later . Select Pattern Overlay .
