It means that there are no limitations how many members who will join. They will represent their favorite forum. A member can only represent one forum. 2. Yup. Free style. This is the first forum vs fourm layout contest, so we dont have to make the rules too strict. 3. I guess I already answered this from the first question. -- Guys, if you want to invite other forums, you may as long as you will not break their rules and regulations, and post the invitation in their appropriate section. Anyway I will invite many forums this day. We dont have to rush this contest since 2008 have still 7 months left. In this way, we can surely organize this contest.

why not make the event on ftalk's 2nd year anniversary...?
