@benz This contest if for the purpose of fun and education. But since you volunteer and offer a prize, then we'll include it. I can offer too some.

1. Nope. One layout per member of the forum. It means that there are no limitations how many members who will join. They will represent their favorite forum. A member can only represent one forum.
2. Yup. Free style. This is the first forum vs fourm layout contest, so we dont have to make the rules too strict.

Guys, if you want to invite other forums, you may as long as you will not break their rules and regulations, and post the invitation in their appropriate section. Anyway I will invite many forums this day.
We dont have to rush this contest since 2008 have still 7 months left.
In this way, we can surely organize this contest.
I can offer too some.
