He's Fei Wong Reed
He's the one who killed Kurogane's mother
And the one who kidnapped the real Syaoran and created a clone to spread and search for Sakura's feathers.
Errrrrrrrrr. 
He even killed her assistant (forgot teh name) because she helped the real Syaoran to go to Yuuko (dimensional witch) to go where teh clone Syaoran is.

And curse those 3 slaves of his who's trying to get rid of Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura.
