I'll have to choose [b]Sasuke[/b] on this one. 
Hitsugaya needs more experience at the moment. Though I hate the fact that Sasuke became wayyy stronger than before (thanks to Itachi mai love), he's more awesome than before.
Skill-wise, of course.
