1. Create a new document. This tutorial uses 400 x 400. Fill the background with [b]Black (#000000)[/b]
2. Make a new layer.
3. Use the [b]Elliptical marquee tool[/b] and make a large circular selection. Hold Shift to make the circle perfectly round; and make sure the circle takes up the majority of the document. [b]NEVER DESELECT THE SELECTION. IT MUST STAY SELECTED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TUTORIAL![/b]

35. With the fireball layer selected, go into the Layer Styles ([img]http://www.tutorialfx.com/tutorials/ps/tools/f.gif[/img] ), and add an [b]Inner Glow[/b][b]#FFC600[/b]. Add an [b]Outer Glow[/b] also with the colour [b]#FFC600[/b].
