[align=center][color=red]How to make animating/floating bubble effect on your siggy[/color][/align]
Requirements:
1.)Photoshop Imageready
2.)Chosen picture
3.)Creativity
4.)Common Sense
Step 1: Open your Imageready
Step 2: Open/Create a file
In this tutorial, I'm gonna use one of my premade siggies:

Step 3: Making bubbles
To make bubbles on your picture:
a.) choose/set the foreground color to any color that fits best to your picture.(I'm gonna use blue.)

b.) then click the ellipse tool, and make a circle/bubble, like this..

c.) go to the layers window, and change the opacity of your bubbles, (I'm setting it to 40)

d.)now let's proceed to animation, yipee!
Step 4: Animating bubbles
To animate bubbles:
a.) go to Window > and select Animation

b.) in the Animation window, set the frame delay time to 0.1 seconds and then click the duplicating frame button.

c.) click the move tool, and move the circle to the location you have desired.

d.) click the tween tool, and set it to 5-7frames

e.) repeat steps b to d again and again until the bubble goes back to it's original/starting place.
f.) then click the play button in the animation window to check if it's working.
..and voila! a floating bubble effect

..you can also experiment with two or more bubbles like this
